A Hollywood man was accused of assaulting a trooper and fleeing the scene of a crash on I-95 in North Miami Beach. The man allegedly rear-ended another vehicle and then attacked a trooper who arrived at the scene to help. After the assault, the man fled on foot but was later apprehended and taken into custody.
