In Miami Gardens, Papa Pizza Cubana has achieved five perfect inspections since 2023. This family-run establishment, known for its authentic Cuban-style pizza, prides itself on making everything from scratch. The owners' dedication ensures a spotless kitchen, with inspectors noting, "You can eat off the floor how clean it is."

 

Pita Plus, located in the Dania Beach/Hollywood area, has maintained a pristine record for nearly four decades. Owner Elon Cohen emphasizes that cleanliness is paramount, stating, "Cleaning is the number one. It is the first thing people look at when they walk into a restaurant."
